At Naked Coral, we ship our beautiful pieces worldwide. Here's everything you need to know about your delivery:
Delivery Times:

United Kingdom: 6 - 10 working days

Shipping Information:
We aim to get your order out the door within 24-48 hours of purchase, and we offer tracked delivery on all orders. Delivery times can sometimes be a little slower during busy periods, so we recommend checking with your courier for up-to-date deadlines.
Late or Lost Orders:
Please double-check your delivery address when placing an order. Naked Coral can’t be responsible for parcels that are lost or sent to incorrect addresses, or if delivery is requested to a neighbor or outbuilding. Make sure your details are spot-on, and you'll be good to go.

Returns
We get it, sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely in love with your order, we offer a 30-day exchange or refund guarantee, starting from the day your order is delivered.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn (apart from trying on, of course!)

Items must be returned with tags and packaging intact

If these conditions aren't met, we can’t process your return.
Exchange Policy:
Want a different size or color? No worries! You can exchange your items within 30 days as long as they’re unworn and still in their original packaging. The first exchange is on us—we'll cover the shipping cost. If you need to exchange again, we’ll charge a small fee for the shipping.
Refund Policy:
Once your return is processed at our warehouse, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear. We'll send you a notification once it’s been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used at checkout.
Additional Costs:
Please note that Naked Coral isn’t responsible for any customs charges or taxes on returns. Any costs associated with returning your order (including shipping and duties) are on you. We highly recommend using tracked shipping or obtaining proof of postage. Unfortunately, we can’t issue refunds for lost returns.
Faulty Items:
If you’ve received a faulty item, we’re sorry about that! Please reach out to us at support@nakedcoral.com within 30 days of receiving your order. When you email us, make sure to include:
