OUR JEWELRY

What material is your jewelry made of?
Each of our pieces is crafted from stainless steel and finished with a high-quality 18k gold PVD coating. It’s 9x more durable than traditional gold-plated jewelry and 100% waterproof.

Waterproof? How so?
Naked Coral pieces are coated using a PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process that bonds gold to the metal at a molecular level. This makes the jewelry ultra-resistant to water, sweat, and heat. You can wear it all day — in the shower, at the gym, or even in the ocean — and it will keep its shine.

What’s the difference between 14k and 18k gold?
18k gold has a higher percentage of pure gold (75%) compared to 14k gold (58.3%), giving it a richer color and greater resistance to tarnish. It also offers a more premium and long-lasting finish.

Will your jewelry turn my skin green?
Not at all. Thanks to the PVD coating, our jewelry is tarnish-free and won’t oxidize or cause discoloration. That means no green marks — ever.

How should I clean my jewelry?
Use a soft-bristled brush or microfiber cloth with warm water and detergent-free soap. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

Will it tarnish with lotion or seawater?
We’ve worn Naked Coral pieces in the sea, in the shower, and while wearing sunscreen. No rust, no fading, and no dullness — just that signature gold shimmer.

SHIPPING CONCERNS

What are the shipping fees & delivery timeline?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Please note:

  • Shipping estimates at checkout do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Orders with multiple availability dates may be shipped later or in separate packages.

  • International customers outside the US, Canada, UK, Germany, or Australia may incur customs fees. Naked Coral is not responsible for these fees and cannot refund them if you return your order.

Will I be charged shipping & duties?
For international orders, our shipping method covers taxes and duties, so you won’t be charged anything additional upon delivery.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We ship worldwide, including to the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and more. Currently, we do not ship to Russia or China.

Is a signature required upon delivery?
Nope — your signature is not required for delivery.

My order is running late. What should I do?
Delivery time starts from when the package leaves our warehouse. If your tracking hasn’t updated or it’s taking longer than expected, contact our Customer Support Team at coralnaked@gmail.com and we’ll help you out.

I didn’t receive my tracking number.
You’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If it’s not in your inbox, check your spam folder — and if it’s still missing, email us at coralnaked@gmail.com.

WARRANTY & RETURNS

Can I cancel my order?
We ship quickly, so we may not be able to cancel orders once they’re placed. If you need to cancel, email us ASAP at coralnaked@gmail.com with your order number.

Can I make changes to my order?
We’ll try! Email coralnaked@gmail.com with your request and order info. If the package hasn’t left our warehouse, we’ll do our best to help.

What’s your return & exchange policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Items must be in original condition (no scratches, marks, or signs of wear). Pack everything carefully to avoid damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Returns outside the 30-day window or items not in original condition will not be accepted.

Return shipping cost?
Returns can be made via any trackable courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). If you’re outside the US, email us at coralnaked@gmail.com for help with your return.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 1–3 additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
